    My BSQ was a PR by 10 pounds and DL by 15. I don’t remember what my Press PR is, so I proclaim that it’s 125 now.

    I thought that I was going to fail on the dead-lift. It felt like the bar wasn’t moving at all after I got it off the ground. After about 5 seconds of struggling, I realized that I was all the way up. It was a surprise, I thought I was still an inch off the ground!
