    Ralston:
    135, 225, 225, 245, 245, 245, 245

    5 rounds in 5 minutes with 10 regular swings and 5 pull-ups. The first 3 rounds had 10 pull-ups. First exposure to swings and first day at EmerFit so we called it early.
