    Mike: 37:37 as prescribed. Over 10 minutes of improvement from June.

    Ralston: 16:00 for 25 reps then 5×3 Dead-lifts @ 135, 205, 275, 295, 315

    John: Twice through at 10 reps, untimed. Deadlift 4×5 @ 65, 85, 95, 115
