Does your gym have big tires? Next, sledgehammers to beat on them with.
Yesterday’s workout was “Grace”. Ralston finished in 8:06 with 95lbs and James was at 11:09 with the same weight. John did a version rotating between KB, DB, and BB cleans to work on form. We also did a 500m row test and a bout with bottom-to-bottom tabata.
Reminder, no 5:30pm class today and no classes tomorrow (Saturday). I am off to the affiliate gathering in Vegas.

Mike and Rick did “Grace” on Wednesday in 9:20 (95lb) and 6:43 (65lb).

I won’t bug you with daily report–only a highlight if there is one. One of the guys here is a climber and friends with GYM JONES guy and in some of his videos.
He says where “jones” and greg differ is in belief that crossfit will keep long duration athletes fit for the task over time.
