aquick update. did day three of your “ball slam, OHP, D/L” workout combo today: Burg w/u, 4 min of TGU with 10#, easy 1 mile on treadmill. Sub 15lb db floor to ceiling movement for slams, used 75# OHP, and 135# D/L. finished 7 rds and into 4 OHPs, ergo about half way to 8th. Had to push press last press of OHPs last 3rds and broke into 5 and 5 last 3 rds for press and D/L. Hard to muster intensity w/o peer or instructor pressure.
