I did not get many posts in last week due to lots of training with new members and some CrossFit evangelizing but there was still lots of hard working going on. Here are some photos:

20″box, 25lb db vice 16kg kb swings (those burpees are tough)
39 min and total fatigue–may sit it out tomorrow
