I have been slow to update the blog due to some traveling for CrossFit certifications during these first two weeks of being full-time at EmerFit. Things will be regular and improving again next week.
We will have a grand opening from 10:00-1:00 on Saturday the 19th. Door prizes, a workout, feats of strength, food, and more. I hope you can make it.
