Back From Level II

I survived and passed my Level II. It sounds like Jeff kept everyone working hard while I was gone. Coronado Island and San Diego are both beautiful even after a full day of reviewing the basic CrossFit moves by doing them each, over and over again. The photo is of the San Diego skyline from the dock down the street from CrossFit Coronado.
Q: What did the wife say to her CrossFitting husband in bed?
A: Oh, I didn’t know we were doing that for time too.
