“Kelly”

Yesterday all the classes did the benchmark workout known as “Kelly”. 5 rounds of a 400 meter run, 30 wall ball shots, and 30 box jumps. We saw some great times and some tremendous efforts:

    Not as difficult as the stuff I saw you doing in the “home alone” video–great work on that one

    Hope saturday’s event was a success. Found my heart rate is higher per knot groundspeed than conventional running doing the week one drill/runs using pose. The 95 cadence is comfortable but high effort.
