    The 5Jul affiliate web site had an interesting article by a dr who crossfits. He designed a benchmark workout that adjusts for age so one can do a year by year comparison to how they have done in the past. I tried it (used the 2k row) and found it to be an all out effort. Turns out to be an advantage to be 61 vice 31 when you see how many reps you have to do. Look fwd to returning to Emerfit later this week or next.
