In switching my diet over to a Zone/ Paleo style, my biggest issue was breakfast. I have a new breakfast shake recipe that I love:
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup yogurt
1 scoop protien powder
+ a little water so that it blends
I think it works out to 4 block.
