If double-unders are new to you cap your attempts at 5:00, 4:00, 3:00, 2:00, and 1:00 minute. In other words instead of 50 double-unders do max double-unders in 5:00 minutes.

I was to lazy to climb Longs Peak and do the burpee, so I thought I would at least get a picture of Longs Peak in the back ground. We were at about 12,120 feet, and feeling a little chilly. A good day to live in Colorado.
