    This picture is so fitting. Eric is very dedicated to everything he does, including being a Dad. Kudos to you E, for staying on the bandwagon and losing nearly 30 pounds, if I’ve heard this right!!

    WOW! I am feeling the Emerfit Love, its good to me. Thank you Tracee for your words. At one point during the Zone Challenge I got down to a weight that would have equalled 30 pounds lost since I have started. Right now I am at about 23-25 pounds lost since March. I think the “Dad,” shirt says it all, they are one of the reasons that I get up and go to the gym at 0600. I need to be around for them, not “round,” for them to enjoy life and set an example.

    Diego, the calves came from many days of toe raises at Globo Gym. I think we should have a 100 day toe rasie challenge after the burpee challenge concludes on Saturday. Just a thought.

    Yeah, Eric about that 100 day toe raise challenge…….need I say more!!
    The picture is awesome Eric (I agree w/Tracee and Diego) you have come so far. You and Jenni are such a great addition to the gym; you both are excelling and improving on a daily basis. You two are a great example of being amazing parents - what great role models you are your kids.
    Now that the burpee challenge is almost finished…so did anyone really keep up? I’m thinking Mike, _______, _______, I hope we can fill in the blanks.

    Ok, I did those silly calf raises at the globo gym for years also, but got NO results whatsoever! But man, did they burn like all get out!
