Just like the popular holiday song do one burpee pull-up, then one burpee pull-up and two turkish get-ups, then one burpee pull-up, two turkish get-ups, and three knee-to-elbows…you get the idea.

    The first time I worked out with Jeff was when we did this last year. He finished 10 minutes ahead of me, I was amazed at how fast he was. This year I dropped those 10 minutes off my time!!
