Push Jerk 3-3-3-3
Split Jerk 3-3-3-3
Thinking about strength. Check out Chip Conrad’s “Define Strength” essay and for some prettier pictures of his “Spectrum of Strength” see yesterday’s “May The Force Be With You” post. The ideas behind the Spectrum of Strength are what allows us to do so many different workouts and to get the amazing results we see all of you achieve. Life requires ability all across the spectrum so why not train that way?
If not for the white shoes and headband I would think Wayne was a ninja. Wouldn’t you?

You rock Wayne or Wuzzy!
I will comment where it is safe. I liked learning the Split and Jerk today. It was amazing I felt coordinated. I also enjoyed the Push Jerks.
Today is the 10th of December. It is also a Wednesday.
If I haven’t mentioned yet how appreciative we are here at Bodytribe for the shout outs, then let me do that now. Thanks for carrying the physical culture torch in Colorado! Funny enough, today is jerk day for us as well. Nothing like putting a big heavy somethun’ over your head.
Mike, thanks for pointing out my error with humor. I fixed it.
Jenni, I’m glad you liked the split jerk. Its one of my favorite moves and we need to do more of it.
Chip, thanks for gracing our blog with your presence. Things got busy for a while and I wasn’t able to keep up with your blog. I have been catching up lately and re-reading your book. Someday I will make it out to Body Tribe for Strength Camp, maybe in ’09.
Wayne is a ninja… He didn’t tell you?
