Remember, we have a limited schedule tomorrow (7:00, Noon, and 5:30) and we are CLOSED Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Suffer on Saturday will happen as usual on the 27th and the schedule is back to normal on Monday.




We have a crossfit superstar among us. I just checked the main web site to see what kind of numbers people were posting on Cindy. Well, OPT (one of the known superstars) posted 29 rounds. Jason Kalipha, who won the crossfit games this summer, posted 25+ rounds. There were two or three claims from unknowns for 30-33 rounds but I consider those unsubstantiated until they show up on video. Chris G did 29 plus rounds this morning under the sharp eye of Chrystal. Congrats, Chris. Your example should help the rest of us press to get better.
