  • Handstand push-ups

Scale with regular push-ups, kick to handstand and lower, piked handstand push-up, or band assisted as needed.

    I was cleaning up the 3,000 photos and 500 videos we took last year and ran across this one that I had not seen before.

    Honestly, the queen of funny faces in here might be Ayn. I have a few of that oh-whatever smirk that might be worthy for next Friday.

    Of course, I’ll eventually have to post one of mine. I look like a doofus when I’m going all out.

    speaking of videos… I’d like to have a video of me doing some really hard workout that includes pullups…. just so I can show it off on facebook to everyone who doesn’t think I can do pullups.
