- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Squats

This is week 5 of our 6-week strength bias program. Today will be the last day we back squat heavy as part of this program. Next Monday will be front squats. Both Tuesdays will be the final deadlift days and Friday will be either a press or push press.
