Blizzard Closure Update:As announced yesterday we canceled this morning’s early classes. We will re-open at 9:30 this morning and resume our normal schedule. Suffer on Saturday will occur tomorrow as usual at 9:00 A.M.

Update… We are closing after the noon class today (3/26) and will reopen at 9:30am Friday (3/27).
Wow I am so excited that I lifted 220, but that face is horribly embarrassing! Maybe the video would have been a better idea Jeff…. It was all that hype that Aaron built up with the yell, I just look ‘special’. Oh well I still love it and am proud.
So does our 2k we rowed for warm up this morning count towards tomorrow’s WOD? I actually feel fortunate that I even got a WO in this morning! Thanks Jeff!!!!!
