    This was a great workout – thanks for pointing me to the video from last years Crossfit games with Jason Khalipa and Caity Matter finishing this workout in record time!!

    just went to the local gold’s in great falls, montana, and lo, everyone was doing chris’s wod—well, except the part about …”for time.” guess they are all semi-converting to crossfit. btw i never took off my sweatshirt due to small diameter pipes.

    For all of you that didn’t actually make it in today the real workout was:

    20 minutes max rounds of:
    100m Sprint
    10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
    20 Box Jumps
