just went to the local gold’s in great falls, montana, and lo, everyone was doing chris’s wod—well, except the part about …”for time.” guess they are all semi-converting to crossfit. btw i never took off my sweatshirt due to small diameter pipes.
Man look at that guys face I don’t think I have ever seen someone so focused on an “awesome” workout before. Truly inspiring. Ha April Fools, I can’t believe that suckers still think that that is the way to “pipes of God”!
Chris, what should I use for wieght and do I put the cellulite cream on before or after the workout?

20 minutes max rounds of:
100m Sprint
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
20 Box Jumps
