5 Minutes Kettlebell Swing Test. How many swings can you do? Men use a 24 kg and women a 16 kg. The kettlebell must reach shoulder height but overhead is not required.

    I need those after some Burbee Dodge-Ball this morning. No wonder public schools have banned Dodge-Ball, my self image and self esteem are a little low right now after Chris Brown pegged me in the face with the ball, I’m not sure if I will ever be able to make it back to the gym.

  3. Now I know how the kids feel when we yell at them for hitting each other in the head. I really was not aiming for a head shot.

    Its been interesting the things we are learning from teaching kids that are transferring to our adult classes. Cues, games, class flow, etc.

    I know you did not aim for my melon, I moved into it. That was fun, we should mix it up like that again.
