Bench Press 5 sets of 5 reps. Then, 21-15-9 reps of:

  • Box Jumps
  • Push-ups
  • Kettlebell Swings

We have just 185 days left until 2010. What will you be able to do by January 1st, 2010? For the next 30 days last month’s “message board” will be our goal board. Write up 1 or 2 goals for yourself. At the end of July we will take a photo of the board so we can compare our end of the year results with our goals.

In addition to the goals board we are going to do a Paleo challenge and a pull-up challenge in July. Details about both challenges will be in the July newsletter that will be in your mailbox Wednesday morning.

The survivors of the “Broomstick Mile” at this past Saturday’s S.O.S. workout. Note, there will be no Suffer on Saturday workout this week due to the 4th of July holiday.

    185 days?!? Time is flying. I’m not sure what I will commit to the Goal board for December, but a better Grace time may be one goal, we haven’t even done it yet and I want a better time.

    Good idea on the goals. Do your instructions mean we write the goals on the white board on our next visit or two or are we supposed to put them on the web? BTW, I did the WOD from the main site yesterday—-one armed d/l and PP with the 4 x 800 M runs. That was a challenge. For all who are interested in the snatch, the recent journal video with Burgener is terrific.
