Hey EmerFit guys (and gals)- Not sure if you have seen the info yet, but we are having a kick off bbq and work out down at our place in Loveland next Thursday from 4:30 to 7:30- the new name is AIC Crossfit!
I know it is short notice, but Sam and I would love to have you guys make it. There will be beer and food after, and as always a great work out (don’t worry, it won’t be like Travis’ going away work out, I promise).
