I can see someone paid attention to the blog about proper bar loading, good job not disrupting the gym mojo.
Wait a moment Eric…. what if she used the wrong amount of chalk? Or, if she didn’t introduce herself to all the new EmerFit folks that day? Proper bar loading is key, but, according to the blog, there’s a ton more for keeping the gym mojo in tact.
