    Will you be trying to put together a team for the Denver Rowing Regatta in Jan? If so, do you have training plan for those interested in lowering their 2k times? Two months to go!

    For those who read this blog: Paleo and crossfit work. With only 200 miles training on the bike in this calendar year and several months of Paleo, I attempted the Tour de Tucson this past weekend. 109 miles with two bike “carries” across dry river beds. Did not set any land speed records but finished with about 6:20 riding time(7 hours total) and just did Angie today with a 14 second improvement on my best time. While angie no way close to manimal Chris G, it was still a PR for me just two days after the big ride—-thanks emerfit and paleo
