Every minute for 10 minutes:

  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 10 Knee To Elbows

Which deadlift setup is best? Why? What other improvements could be made?

    Chris, I don’t mind. A little heckling does the body good.

    maybe a little head and neck alignment on the last pic. with that said I have no idea what I look like in the deadlift.
