    I want to highly recommend that anyone who wants to get more speed and endurance in their rowing sign up for the seminar. Molly is a pro and will refine your technique an amazing amount. In just two short lessons she made my rowing stroke much more efficient, yielding faster times with less fatigue.

    I went to Molly’s first seminar here at Emerfit and it helped me a lot as well. Totally worth the small fee we are charged. I think I need to attend another one, as my rowing seems to need the extra attention.
