		<description>I went to Molly&#039;s first seminar here at Emerfit and it helped me a lot as well. Totally worth the small fee we are charged. I think I need to attend another one, as my rowing seems to need the extra attention.</description>

Molly is a pro and will refine your technique an amazing amount.  In just two short lessons she made my rowing stroke much more efficient, yielding faster times with less fatigue.
