  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats

Then 10 minutes max rounds of:

  • 15 Push Press (45% of 1 RM)
  • Row 250 Meters

In class, some of you will start with the first workout and some of you with the second.
