    There’s so way I would need lifting shoes as can be judged by today’s incredible HSQC.

    I don’t think lifting shoes would have helped me today with HSQC …I actually went backwards for my 1 RM :(

    I just looked at the recommended shoes….just what I thought…nothing in my size. For the Rogue they recommend to go down 2 sizes for women from the mens size….well I wear a 5 so I need a mens 3 :) …no such luck :(

    Audrey, when I got my shoes, I went down in size as they recommended and ended up returning 2 pair before I got the right size. They are actually true to fit. You are more than welcome to try mine (red/gold sparkly shoe laces) if you want to see where to go from there. I normally where a 7 or 7 1/2. I got them from Rogue. Good luck!

    Anja you are so right :) …I think my achilles heel will be HSQC….it makes me so mad that I think I’m going to go buy a bar and just to a million of them a day :)
