Week in Review
As Friday rolls around, we would like to post great scores for the week. I will be posting comments for individuals who have completed this weeks workouts with stellar performance. Keep your eyes peeled for your name in the comments!

Sam shows his intensity during the Barbell Complex/Run workout last week.
Food For Thought
Last Friday, we posted a video of Jamie Oliver entering a school and summarizing where our relationship with food starts and stops; with education. To further elaborate on this topic, Carolyn Steel discusses our global relationship with food at a TED conference. While it is interesting to know the history of food and cities, it is disturbing to conceptualize the future of our relationship with food if the current trend continues. In this video, Steel offers further validation to local markets that celebrate community and the knowledge of where our food originates. We hope you enjoy the video, and if you have any recommendations on what you would like to see on our Food for Thought Fridays, post your feedback to comments.
