Beef Stir Fry over Mixed Greens

1 to 1.5 lb flank steak
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Onion
1 Bag Mixed Greens
2 Tbs Gluten Free Tamari Sauce
Balsamic Vinegar and Oil to Taste

Cut all peppers and onions into strips. Stir fry meat with olive oil. Combine onions and peppers with meat and continue to stir fry vegetables to your liking. Add Tamari sauce and stir fry for an additional 2 minutes. Serve over mixed greens with Balsamic Vinegar and Oil to taste.

  • 50 Jumping pull-ups
  • 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
  • Walking Lunge, 50 steps
  • 50 Knees to elbows
  • 50 Push press, 45 pounds
  • 50 Back extensions
  • 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Double unders

Interval Training
We’ve all been asked why our method of training is more effective that, say running or aerobics, but do you have the best answer? Sometimes, I find it difficult to explain why I would rather do short burst of intense training rather than run for long periods of time. And, for some reason, the excuse that running is painful is not considered a good one.
