Friday Noon: Registration closes. We still have room so talk your CrossFitting friends into giving it a try.
Friday 3:00PM: Heat assignments and movement standards posted at http://www.emerfit.com

Sat 8:30AM: Check-In & Warm-Up Opens. Saturday Workouts Posted
Sat 9:30AM: Opening Address
Sat 10:00AM: Workout #1 Heat #1
Sat 3:00PM: Workout #2 Heat #1
Sat 6:00PM: First Day Results Posted

Sun 8:30AM: Gym Opens and Sunday Workout Posted
Sun 9:30AM: Opening Address
Sun 10:00: Workout #3 Heat #1

SCORING
We will be using the point per position scoring system. So if you came in 1st, 3rd, and 7th in the three workouts your final score would be 11. Everyone will be ranked by their final score. Folks you choose to scale a workout will be grouped in a separate category but otherwise scored in the same fashion.
