There were lots of deadlift personal records (PRs) this week but check the one out below from Keith complete with a primal yell. Of note Keith PR’d on 11/20/2009 with a deadlift of 276 pounds. He pulls 405 in the video below. His form was so iffy a year ago I pulled him aside in class to help him and then picked on him on the blog too. Nice job on the deadlift everyone!

    Awesome lift! Even more awesome yell! I think we need more yelling and grunting in the gym. Can we get yelling and grunting added to some movement standards?
