A Tribute to Jack Lalanne
Jack Lalanne, on of the fitness fathers of America, passed away this weekend at the age of 96. This iconic man was and will remain an inspiration for his passion to teach what he regarded as the saving grace of America, proper health, fitness and nutrition.
