EmerFit Ski Day Reminder
Hey everyone, the official ski day will be February 19th, 2011. There is a sign up sheet for the event on the Client White Board. If there are enough people, I will reserve a passenger van for the day. If there are not 12 people, we will have to meet at the gym and carpool to Copper Mountain. Reserve and confirm you spot by February 11, 2011. More details will be e-mailed to those who plan to attend

Paleo + dairy day 2. Welborn style.
My dairy consists of heavy cream in my coffee in the morning, a glass of milk at lunch and a large glass of milk post workout. Otherwise it’s meat, eggs, veggies, almonds, some fruit, and more meat. Shooting for a gram of protein per pound of body weight and around 100 grams of carbs. Kristi where are you at?
