Week of 110313

Strength: Snatch Grip Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

Conditioning: For time 1, 2, 3, 4…10 reps of:

  • 2 Arm Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
  • Goblet Squat

10 Burpee penalty every time you put the KB down. Burpees to be completed after all the swings/squats.

Scale Up:Instead of swings do reps of snatches on each arm.

So, you do 1 swing and 1 squat, then 2 swings and 2 squats, then 3 swings and 3 squats, and so on until you finish with 10 swings and 10 squats. Its 55 swings and 55 squats total.

    Did the conditioning in 7:55 including 20 burpees. Used a 24k. This was after 5 sets of 3 back squat at 265 and a 5RM bench at 200. Quads were burning & I still hate burpees.
