20 minutes max rounds:
- 3 Pull-ups
- 6 Push-ups
- 12 Russian Twists (45/35)/Tuck Jumps
Round 1 do 12 Russian Twists, round 2 do 12 Tuck Jumps and so forth.
On the tuck jump try to get your knees as high as possible. For the Russian Twists you can choose between the seated version or the standing barbell version.

Thank you guys/gal! I know I’m not Level 2 yet, but I really want to work out on my bday and the only time I can come in is around 2 or 2:30 so I signed up!
I can do all those movements.
