Our Fitness Consulting services are for people who do not fit in our Basic Fitness Training or Custom Training programs.
In most cases people choose Fitness Consulting for the following reasons:
- A unique schedule, usually involving travel, that requires custom programming, varied gym attendance, and often remote coaching.
- Specific short-term goals that require frequent adjustments to training plans and other coaching advice (e.g. nutrition).
- Variations on our Custom Training requiring more or fewer private training sessions per month.
- People who want an all inclusive package covering training, nutrition, accountability, and recovery.
Your Fitness Consulting proposal may include some or all of the following services:
