Getting Started
You have read about it and maybe watched the videos, now come try CrossFit!
- 60-Minute Private Introduction: Free, contact us to schedule.
- Stop By For a Tour: Free, we are typically here from 6:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. but you can always call ahead.
- First Month: $300. This includes your private EmerFit Elements Training and unlimited EmerFit classes.
- Monthly Options: After your first month choose between 2 classes a week for $100 a month or unlimited classes each week for $150.
- Longer Term Options:
- 3 Months: 2 classes per week for $250 or unlimited for $400.00
- 6 Months: 2 classes per week for $500 or unlimited for $800.00
- 12 Months: 2 classes per week for $900 or unlimited for $1,5000.00
- Looking for private training or a different arrangement. Contact us and we will see what we can do.
Everyone starts with the free 60-minute CrossFit Intro. In the Intro we will go over the basics of CrossFit, answer any questions and do a mini-workout. Contact us to schedule an appointment.
CrossFit Elements Private Training
We cover the basics of CrossFit, the moves, and nutrition. All EmerFit athletes are required to complete 3 or more introductory training sessions before attending regular classes.
Moves covered include but are not limited to the following:
- Basic Gymnastics - Squat, Push-up, Sit-up and Pull-up
- Weighted Squats - Front Squat, Overhead Squat and Back Squat
- Press - Strict and Push Press
- Deadlift
- Clean
- Rowing
- Thruster
- Medicine Ball Throws
- Basic Kettlebell Moves
CrossFit Classes
After completing the intro program athletes are welcome to participate in CrossFit classes. After a warm-up and possibly an exercise demo, athletes will complete a prescribed workout. Loads and exercises will be adjusted based on each person’s ability. Coaching is provided on an individual basis during the workout as needed. In some cases the workout may finish with other drills to facilitate recovery and/or teach new skills.
These classes will up the loads, skill requirements, and intensity from the CrossFit Elements classes. However, scaling will still occur at the coaches discretion to reduce the risk of injury.
Private and Semi-Private Lessons
We know that some of you learn best in a one-on-one setting or perhaps want to train with your spouse or best friend in a small group. Perhaps you have special needs that must be addressed before participating in a group class. Maybe you workout at home or in another gym and you want a session customized to teach you just the things you need to know. If so, private and semi-private lessons are for you. Contact us to schedule your sessions.
