I did a workout in my basement tonight.
I warmed up with tabada burpees: 6-6-6-6-5-5-5-5.
Then I did 10 rounds of 5 jumping pullups, 10 pushups, and 15 air squats in 20 minutes.
I cooled down with 3 sets of 5 reps on the ab wheel.
I feel like I could have done more, the encouragement of the group helps!
I did the same workout again on wednesday, except all 6′s on the burpees, 11 rounds in 20 mins, and 8 reps on the ab wheel.
