    Hi Chris,
    I’ve been doing all the workouts. I did Friday’s today.
    I think I did pretty good; here’s my time:

    time split exercise
    1:49 1:49 30 PU (15 – 10 – 5)
    3:58 2:09 50 swing
    5:12 1:14 12 HSPU (on 3 phone books)
    6:02 0:50 25 squat
    7:25 1:23 7 ring dips (4 – 3)
    9:12 1:47 12 snatch each arm (6 – 6+3 – 9)

    That was a fun one; I had Julie time and cheer for me.

    I’ve been doing ring dips, pullups, and snatches for my daily exercises.
    I’m up to two rounds of 10/10/11 w/o stopping or putting down the KB.

    Hi,
    Do we have class on Monday?

    I did all the other workouts, but today I substituted back squats for the 400m lunge because Julie wanted me to go to the gym with her.
    I’ll do the lunges tomorrow.
    I did 5-3-2-2-1-1-1-1: 135, 155, 175, 185, 195, 205, 215, 225.
    I felt my sticking point at 215, and I had to really push to get 225. I think my previous best was 185.
    I blame the KB snatches!

    I warmed up with 3x 500m row, 10 PU, 10 dip and I warmed down with 5x 10 KTE.
