Basic Fitness Training ($150.00/month)
Designed for people who want to get in shape and learn the basics of training in a strength and conditioning facility. Our Basic Training curriculum lasts 3 months and then repeats (some of the training changes each cycle). You may join at any time and many people continue with this program for years.
Can’t make class? This membership option includes unlimited Open Gym once you are ready to train on your own.
Custom Membership ($300/month)
Designed for people with specific goals, training restrictions, or who simply want more individualized attention..
- Individual program designed for your goals and needs.
- One private coaching session per week (4/month).

Fitness Consulting (Price Varies)
Fitness Consulting is for people who do not fit in any of our other memberships, wish to combine their membership with our other services (see below), or have other special circumstances. Fitness Consulting begins with an assessment and goal-setting discussion. You are then presented with a proposal with three training options for you to consider.
In some cases our consulting services may actually cost you less than our other membership options. It all depends on your goals and ability.
The Fine Print
- Our membership options are all unlimited.
- All membership options require autopay or a 3, 6, or 12 month commitment. Autopay contracts can be cancelled with two weeks written notice and can be put on hold, in advance, for absences longer than 1 week in duration.
