Class starts again tomorrow

After a week hiatus the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5:00 p.m. class starts again tomorrow. While I was away I visited CrossFit Los Altos and picked up some new ideas for workouts.
We will have new folks visiting us this week to give CF a try. See you tomorrow.
