    Melissa 4×5 @ 95#, 1×5 @ 105 followed by 3×3 pullups with green band

    Mike 2×5 @ 135, 2×5 @ 155, 1×5 @ 165 followed by 5×5 pullups with blue band

    Jeremy 135, 155, 175, 185, 200 followed by 9, 9, 8 reps ring dips
