Press, Push Press, Push Jerk practice
For max rounds:
- 1 press
- 2 push presses
- 3 push jerks
When you cannot do any more presses eliminate that movement and continue with the other two.

Jeremy 95# 8 rounds with no press on the last 2 rounds
Mike 65# 10 rounds with no press on the last 2 rounds

After the 5th rounds no one was allowed to set the bar down.
We finished up with 4 trips across the basement of walking swings and dragon walks.
