Warm-up: Jog around park

WOD:

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Then divide number of minutes completed by 3 and double the result.  Do that many wall ball shots for time.

    Melissa 8 minutes last round 2 reps with black band and 7 jumping. All other rounds with black band.

    Mike 8 minutes. 6 minutes with no band. 8 rep round 6 reps with green band. 9 rep round with green band.
