Warm-Up

  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 OH Squat
  • 1/2 mile jog

WOD: My Pet D-Ball (courtesy CF Santa Cruz)

2 rounds with D-Ball (12 or 20 lb):

  • squat, toss and lunge to the ball (across B-ball court)
  • 15 Thrusters
  • 2 laps around playground perimeter with your ball
  • 15 ball slams
  • OH Lunge (back across court)
  • 15 clean and wall ball shot

There are about 250 squats in this workouts and 100-150 lunges.

    Melissa moved from the black to the green band on pull-ups today. Nice work!

    Finished up with L-sit practice 6×10s and jog back home.
