  • 20 burpees
  • 10 KB Push press

    Mike 20:34 – Used 2 16kg KBs first round then switched to 12kg

    Melissa 20:36 Started with 12kg and switched to 8kg after the first round.

    Dan 19:33 using 12kg and scaled as follows:

    Burpees 20 20 10 5
    PP: 10 10 5 5
